As this year’s Partners In Giving campaign wraps up, we wanted to have an event to get everyone together to enjoy good food and company for this great cause. The first ever Kinesiology Chili and Pie Contest for Faculty, Staff, and Grad students is scheduled for December 6th from 12:00-1:15 in 2055 NAT.
To raise funds for the campaign, there will be a $5 donation fee for Faculty and Staff to participate in the event. If you intend to participate, you can give your donation to Becca prior to the event, otherwise, she will collect them upon entrance. Graduate students are able to participate for free.
The participation fee is to enter and/or eat. You can participate without being a contestant or a judge.
If you are interested to give more, there will be an optional donation box at the event OR you can visit the Partners in Giving website to donate electronically.
As of Friday 11/22 we have three chilis, three pies, and one judge. We are still looking for more contestants and judges! If you are interested in entering the contest or just interested in eating a bit of everything, please send an email to Becca.
Let’s end this years campaign with a bang and use this event as a great way to make a big impact on our community!
